2. The service

BirthdayWishes.art provides ready-to-use birthday messages, a browser-based wish generator, and a tool for creating downloadable PNG cards. The core service is available without an account. We may add, change, limit, or remove features as the site develops.

3. Using wishes and cards

You may copy, edit, send, post, and print individual wishes and cards created through the site for personal greetings and ordinary business greetings, such as a message to a colleague or customer.

You may not copy, scrape, download, republish, sell, or redistribute the site's message library, page content, card designs, or substantial collections of generated results as a competing database, template pack, website, or service.

4. Your responsibility for what you send

You choose the recipient, wording, and way a message is shared. Review the result before sending it. You are responsible for making sure your use is appropriate, lawful, and respectful of the recipient's rights and circumstances.

Do not use the site to create or share unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, discriminatory, or privacy-invasive material.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with the operation or security of the site;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• use bots, scraping tools, or automated requests that place an unreasonable load on the site;
• circumvent technical limits or copy protections;
• misrepresent an affiliation with BirthdayWishes.art;

These terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of the underlying collection.
